The miracle of Meditation is the oldest exercise was practiced by man to elevate his thought and life. Meditation is simply defined as the art of stopping thoughts. Controlling thoughts and being able to stop them is not easy. But what people don’t know is that ideas can be controlled, as we control the body parts.

Didn’t you see the newborn baby at first uncomfortable in his body, because he still discovered himself. But, then he understands that he can control his body and program on it.

Sleep is unconscious meditation, meditation is conscious sleep. During meditation, we get abundant energy, which enhances the power of our bodies and minds, but opens the door to our sixth sense and beyond. With this energy enhanced through meditation, we will become relaxed, healthy and happy, it also helps to reach high peaks in the physical world.


Meditation is nothing but a journey of our consciousness towards the self, through which we consciously travel from body to mind, from mind to self and beyond. Takes you to the Kingdom of Higher Knowledge, and through this knowledge we get wisdom and a better understanding, and by understanding that we are not only a body and mind, we understand that we are a miraculous piece, and we understand all the situations we go through and get out of our problems through higher understanding.

Meditation extends consciousness, and the expansion of consciousness is the goal of the soul, supreme knowledge is acquired through the upper senses.
Such as the third eye and the astral body. Through the practice of meditation continuously daily is activated the third eye, it is a wonderful experience for the meditator, when activating the third eye feel a sense of attraction in the forehead, as you see many things more clearly than the visual vision, you see reality differently, as you see things, not in the Kingdom of the five senses, and you see things that cannot be expressed in words.

You will get all the answers to our problems and questions, so our actions and false beliefs will change, as will our physical perception. With more meditation, we will reach the level of the astral body, and travel beyond space and time.
Through astral travel, the thought of our finite will fade, and we will understand that we are unlimited.


Meditation has many psychological, mental and health benefits. Therefore, there is a big difference between the person who practices meditation, and the person who does not.
The person who meditates is more in control of himself and his actions towards the events of life no matter what because he trains his mind during meditation as the dominant and controlling his thoughts.
One of the benefits of meditation is that it increases the level of concentration well and becomes a person who is not distracted but conscious of things and what he wants.
